Doe Gear was not named after the whitetail doe by accident. Spend enough seasons in the field and you learn the truth every serious hunter already knows: the doe is the one running the show. She is what brings the bucks out during the rut. She decides when the woods move and when they go still. She is the one in control, every single time.

And yet she is the animal everyone overlooks. She does not carry the antlers people mount on the wall. She does not get the trophy photo. She nurtures the herd, she protects her fawns before she protects herself, and she is written off as ordinary by people who never bothered to actually watch her work.

That sounds like every woman we know.
